PURPOSES
The purposes of data collection are: providing information about services and products related to nursery plant quality control, mycorrhization control in plantations, evaluation of truffle suitability in plots, training for specialists and truffle growers, and subsequent contact with the User of MICOLAB.

The User’s personal data will be actively processed while they hold the status of User of www.micolab.com; that is, until they revoke their consent or exercise their right to cancellation, erasure, or objection to a specific purpose.
If you revoke your consent or exercise cancellation or erasure rights, your data will be blocked and retained on a restricted basis for 3 years, available to competent authorities to address any potential liabilities arising from processing.

Additional measures include state-of-the-art firewalls, technical measures such as data encryption software, access control systems, restricted user permissions, security policies, and password expiration as required by law, as well as other systems aimed at preventing misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided to MICOLAB.
MICOLAB is not responsible for possible damages caused by interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures, or disconnections in the operational functioning of electronic systems due to causes beyond MICOLAB’s control. It is also not responsible for delays or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines, data processing centers, the Internet system, or other electronic systems, nor for damages caused by third parties through unlawful intrusions outside MICOLAB’s control.
